Shipping & Delivery Policy

 
All shipping is handled by Australia Post. 
 
Parcels are sent with Registered Post (which means you must sign for your delivery) and include a tracking number.
 
Genesis Designs Jewellery is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or any other courier - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and work with you to lodge an investigation with Australia Post.

Genesis Designs Jewellery is not liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned to sender due to being unclaimed or not delivered, or where a customer has incorrectly entered the address during checkout. Genesis Designs Jewellery is not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen or delayed during transit.  

International Parcels
 

The prices quoted do not include local sales taxes or import duties, which may require payment before we ship, or may be charged to you upon entry to your Country.  Genesis Designs Jewellery is not responsible for any costs imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. Genesis Designs Jewellery will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for making sure that jewellery is not a restricted or prohibited item for import into their Country.
